STEP 2: INTERVIEW


Congratulations! You've received an invitation to interview, which means your application stood out and we are eager to learn more about you.

Prepare thoroughly for your interview, come ready with questions, and be authentic. Interviews are a two-way street – an opportunity for both you and us to determine if it is the right fit.

We try to keep the application process lean. The number of interviews you are invited to will depend on the function which you apply to.

Following all interviews, we will select our top candidate and extend a job offer.

If you receive an offer, please review it carefully, ask any questions you may have, and promptly inform us of your decision. Upon receiving your signed job offer, we will draw up and send you the full employment contract. We eagerly anticipate welcoming new members to our team.
