Website Order Return Procedures
How do I return parts ordered through your website?
Returns are handled by a case by case basis and are only for items ordered through the Mower Parts, Repair Parts & Maintenance Products section of our website.
For return information, please call our Briggs & Stratton Answer Center at (800) 274-4471 (Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm central time). You may also request a phone call to discuss your return through our Ask a Question page.
If you need to contact us with questions regarding your order, please have the Order Number available for the Customer Service Representative.
PLEASE NOTE: The following parts/products cannot be returned:
- Electronic components
- Opened gasket sets
- Used/Installed parts
