Registration Password and User ID are Incorrect
When attempting to access my account I receive an error message informing me that my password and user id are incorrect. What can I do?
If you have previously registered with us, your information may still be in our database.
To verify this, please visit our Password Retrieval page. After entering your email address, an email with the subject link "Your Briggs & Stratton Account Information" will be sent to you from email@example.com. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder if you fail to receive this email.
Proceed to login with your email address and password.
PLEASE NOTE: Our website redesign launched on 11/8/07. If you are a previous customer, and have not logged in since the new site launch, you will need to set up a new account and password. We apologize for any inconvenience.
