Partial Order (Backorder) Delivery Policy

When will the backordered items in my order be shipped?

Your backordered part will ship as soon as it becomes available (approximately 3 to 7 business days). No additional freight charges will be added due to the backorder.

Multiple backordered parts will ship as they become available. Again, with no additional freight charges.

If you no longer need the backordered part, you may try and cancel the order by calling (800) 274-4471 or through our Ask a Question page (please ensure you include your order number). Keep in mind, however, that if the order is too far into our delivery process, it cannot be canceled.
