Part Delivery Time Longer Than Expected
Why is the part I ordered taking so long to get here?
There could be several reasons for this. A regular part order can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the availability of the part from the Central Sales and Service Distributor and/or our factory.
If a rush order were required, you would need to discuss these terms with your local Briggs & Stratton Authorized Dealer. If the part is available, a rush (drop) shipment normally takes between 1-3 business days.

Visit www.yellowpages.com and enter "Lawn Mowers" or "Engines-Gasoline" in the Category search field and your Postal Code in the Location search field.
Call the Briggs & Stratton Automated Hotline at (800) 444-7774. This hotline is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week and features voice recognition technology to assist you in finding the Briggs & Stratton Authorized Dealers in your area. Automated maintenance tips, product information, and FAQs are also offered through voice activated menus.
