No throttle controls on lawn mower
Why are there no throttle controls on my lawn mower?
Much like an oil filter or transmission gear (for a self propelled unit), a throttle control is not available on all engines.
Keep in mind, the lack of throttle control does not harm the engine. In fact, air cooled engines run best (for cooling and efficiency) at full throttle.
If you feel a throttle control is an important feature, make certain to ask your lawn mower sales representative for an engine with throttle control.
