I lost my plug gapper. Is the 696202 spark plug sold pre-gapped?

Asked by: piloto
The plugs typically some gaped between .020" and .030". We would still recommend check the gap on the plug. You can get a new gap setter at a local Briggs & Stratton service center. Here is a link to help you locate the nearest center:

Does spark plug 696202 replace or can be used in place of 799876

Asked by: Georgerck
If your engine calls for a 799876, you must use that spark plug in the engine. Please do not use a different spark plug.
