I tried to use the suggested web site instructions for locating my engine's model # but the only plate listing what seemed to be a "model #" read "Family 2BSXS.1901VH" and the number 276016. Neither of which yielded an engine model.

Is oil filter 696854 and 795890 the same filter? Sears sells one filter with both part numbers. My tractor uses a 492932S filter and calls for a 795890 replacement. Can I use the 696854 filter?
