Why is the vacuum line to the fuel pump freezing up?
This is typically caused by condensation. You may try and remedy this condition by purchasing a heat shield insulation (part #280866) and placing it on the vacuum line. Your best source of information for this or any engine concern would be a local Briggs & Stratton Authorized Dealer.
