Briggs & Stratton 206 Spring rule update - 4/17/15

Recently we were contacted by a dealer about a spring from a 206 engine that did not meet our current .930” length rule. When checking this part we noted that it passed our 100% audit process, the difference being how we check our springs in production verses a caliper and or the ¼” tech tool A-15 used in the field.
