Asked by: Shi68

Is this the new engine that nhra has come out with for the five year old class? Who are the dealers for the NHRA approved crate motors?

Asked by: kwobbler
No, the standard 206 engine, model and type number 124332 8201 is the engine for use in the NHRA program. The Junior engine is intended for kids kart racing. As far as purchasing a standard 206, we have a dealer locater at www.Briggsracing.com under the service tab. Any one of the listed Briggs Racing dealers can help service your needs.

Our engine is brand new. It will start and then die again rite away. Now the engine will not start at all and pops how do we fix it or get it to run?

Asked by: Owen69
Check to make sure you have fresh fuel. Fuel can go stale in as little as 2 weeks and cause the passageways in the carburetor to clog. You will want to change the fuel and spray the carburetor with carb and choke cleaner.

Asked by: Cuccio738
It's main use is for racing so there is no specific speed. All depends on the car and the driver. Not sure the Horsepower but it should be between 6Hp and 12.5 Hp.
