Mostly 1: Gregarious

You like the Wow Factor, which can be wonderful to attract attention from the curb. But for the most appeal, be careful not to overdo. For example, if you love bright flowers, resist the urge to crowd every open space and showcase an entire rainbow of colors. You can get a just-right lush look by sticking to a palette of three colors, such as orange, red and yellow, and planting your flowers in scattered batches in curved beds. For the extra oomph you love, you can feature your flowers in window boxes and containers at the front door, too. Mostly 2: Mellow

You're more laid back, and enjoy things that soothe the senses. To add beauty and interest to your front yard, yet maintain a more minimalist, relaxing atmosphere, consider plantings in calmer shades of blue and green. Hardscaping with natural elements is another subtle way to improve curb appeal by adding texture to your landscape. Try edging flowerbeds with rocks or pretty pieces of driftwood. Of course, a healthy green grass lawn is easier on the eye, too. To keep weeds away - and the irritation that goes with them - watch Weed Control Make Easy for great tips.

Mostly 3: Combo Platter

You're a mix of moods - sometimes the life of the party, other times more content in the background. Just like you, your front landscape can show some diversity for more curb appeal. As instant impact additions, flowers are a no-brainer, so plant them in areas that could use a little color, choosing your just one favorite hue or three complementary shades. (In containers, they're especially nice to accent the front entrance.) Also, think of items that have a bit of "flash," but aren't overbearing. For instance, landscape lighting along your pathway or at the edge of flowerbeds can create some extra depth and drama without being too loud. And since you're full of surprises, why not include a single surprising touch to your yard as a focal point, such as a water feature? Now for the perfect balance, you just need to keep your lawn neat. Mow and water regularly, and use your string trimmer for another curb appeal edge.
